Shipping Policy

All U.S. and international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping notifications and tracking codes will be sent via email. If your item is a pre-order or backordered item, tracking notifications will be sent once the package is ready for shipping.

Packages mailed within the U.S. will be dispatched in one to three business days and sent via Priority Mail. Priority Mail takes two to three days to arrive from Texas, depending on the purchaser’s postal zone.

Once packages are in USPS custody we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS  immediately to file a claim.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage, or custom fees upon delivery and these are the responsibility of the customer. Fees will vary by country.

We will not alter shipping information on customs forms.

Return Policy

Shoes must be in new, unworn condition, with all packaging intact to receive a full refund or store credit, with the exception of factory imperfect shoes.** Please be sure to test your shoes on a soft surface to prevent any damage to the shoe.

All returns must be initiated within 21 days of delivery of the shoes and buyer pays return shipping. For international orders we will not reimburse customs fees. We recommend you follow the procedures for recouping duties and taxes in the country that you received the items.

**Factory imperfect or Oops! shoes are returnable for exchange or credit only. 

Shipping Mistakes

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please email allheelsonduty@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and we’ll re-ship your item at no cost to you. Please hold on to all packaging materials and we will contact you with information on how to return the item to our team.
