If you have ordered from us before and have a medium to wide width footnote that we have adjusted our chart a half size to match our physical measurements. You also may want to order a half size larger if you like your shoes to fit loosely or intend to wear them with heavy socks.
As with all fine leather shoes, these will form well to your feet after a break-in period.** To hurry the process you may want to take your shoes to a cobbler and request that they be stretched.
For fit questions, especially on overseas orders, please email us your foot measurements. This is best accomplished by standing on a piece of paper and tracing your foot on it, then measuring your drawing from your longest toe to heel in centimeters. This will help us ensure your best fit, right out of the box.
We find that the best way to keep our leather shoes in good shape is to use a shoehorn when putting them on and keep them polished with good shoe cream.
** Shoes with worn soles or scratches will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Please try them only on the carpet (or a towel or a sheet) and use a shoehorn to avoid breaking down the back of the shoe.
